Dr. Jill Vanwyk
Jill VanWyk joins us after working 10 years with UCHealth in Boulder and working with medical students from the University of Colorado. In addition to training the next generation of physicians, she is committed to supporting patients in achieving their own health goals. Prior to moving to CO years ago, she grew up and has lived in Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Washington state. In undergraduate school, she studied zoology/animal biology before medical training. When not working, she can be found tending her 103 houseplants or hiking with her family.

Alyssa Drajkowski, FNP
Alyssa Drajkowski is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and fell in love with Colorado like many Midwesterners do! On her off days, I love to run, read, and camp in a 1980 Dolphin RV!
She is a Nurse Practitioner with eight years of nursing experience in oncology, cardiac, and neuro-trauma care. Alyssa had the privilege of caring for patients during some of their lives' most challenging and transformative moments. These experiences have instilled in her a profound respect for the resilience of the human spirit and an appreciation for the trust patients place in their healthcare providers.
Alyssa chose family practice to build long-term relationships with patients and their families. Her goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, preventative care tailored to your individual needs with open communication. She looks forward to seeing you in the office!

Kathryn Damby, FNP
Kathryn Damby is excited to care for patients in the community she’s proudly called home for over 20 years. Originally from the Midwest, Kathryn has spent the last decade as a nurse in the ICU, palliative care, and hospice. She is passionate about partnering with patients to reach their health goals and working together as a team to optimize their well-being.
She lives in Longmont with her husband and two young daughters, and in their free time you’ll find them skiing, biking, and exploring Colorado’s trails. Kathryn is thrilled to be practicing medicine in the place she loves most—Colorado.
